Hiring Now: Remote Operations Intern

My small business is looking for a part-time Remote Operations Intern. This 20 hour/week job will require you to do the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

  1. Draft replies for potential leads. This includes suppliers, clients, shops, and other stakeholders whom I actively work with.
  2. Coordinating with suppliers that provide important materials necessary to fulfill orders received.
  3. Keeping an up-to-date record of customers, orders, and their statuses., including managing logistics regarding orders:
    • You will be responsible for booking, packing, dispatching, and following orders sent out by my business.
    • You will work with customers to ensure that their deliveries are made successfully.
  4. Photographing orders and other items as requested.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  1. Excellent written and spoken English language skills are required to undertake this role. You should also be able to fully communicate in Urdu.
  2. Communication: working directly with many different types of suppliers and stakeholders is an important part of this role. You need to have strong communication skills.
  3. Basic skills with regard to managing a WordPress website are desirable, but not required.
  4. Some knowledge about how to use business tools on social media such as Facebook Business Manager is desirable, but not required.
  5. Having a printer at home is desirable, but not required.
  6. Having a driving license and access to a car/bike is desirable, but not required.

Expected Salary: Variable upon experience (up to 15,000 PKR per month).
